Heat, with no thanks to ESPN
Heat, after 6 matches in my dream matchup (detractors notwithstanding). Mavericks proved soft of course. Though in front of Wade who was as great as Mike himself, everyone will be soft.
Pratyush and I have been following it on the net. He, because he was in Varanasi, Chota Nagpur and other forsaken places. I because ESPN thinks delayed telecast of NBA is good enough. Pfaw!
Shaquille o'Neal would not have approved of all this. Would have called ESPN Robocop (or Steven Seagal or something) in front of his Kazaam appearance.

U mean they didn't show it live? was there a cricket match on then?
nowitzki accepted that the mavericks were not able to come bk from the 4th quarter in game 3...winning 4 in a row is quite an achievement especially against this mavericks team who are (4th qtr, 2nd game notwithstanding) quite brilliant themselves. wade is reaching jordan-esque stature now. and how shaq must be grinning abt splitting frm the kobe partnership (?) in lakers!
but the story of the day was of payton and mourning who won their 1st chmapionship after 11-12 yrs in the league. Mourning talked about his fightback from his kidney transplant and how lance armstrong is a good friend and inspiration. Quite a comeback!

Mav, no they didn't show it live, so that we can watch aerobics instead.
Mourning and Payton according to me were the character actors in the movie. Real story has to be Wade.

Well, I was all out for Mavs, but unfortunately they just couldnt stop Wade. Man, the fact that ESPN didnt broadcast any of the matches LIVE really sux. And the fact that somebody told me the result while I was trying my best to enjoy the delay broadcast even sux more. Aaaaargh.
