Nah, that was Sri Lanka's World Cup. There was something really romantic and enjoyable about them, underdogs defeating all the bigwigs and winning it convincingly.
After the mauling in '03 final, i definitely dont want another final with them. My dream wud be Ind Vs Pak in '07 final. Though my guess is it would be NZ Vs SA, just a guess.

Happy-go-lucky, with age and hindsight it seems fair that Sri Lanka won, but during 1996, I did pray for India.
Raoil, no way a bunch of old no-hopers will play a team whose fortunes hinge upon Peter Crouch and Gary Neville in the final!! Yes, I am a Dutch supporter.
